I had hit a frustrating weightloss plateau. Through our time together she has been an excellent support by coaching me through kickstarting my weightloss again. I appreciate that her approach to fitness is focused on mindset, exercise, and food. This provides an excellent opportunity to identify possible issues and reflect each week. I appreciate her wealth of knowledge when it comes to formulating goals each week, she makes sure they are challenging yet realistic. She has also provided a plethora of useful ideas on new meals, new workouts, and how to increase mindfulness based on my ability and interests. Her support has led to me eating better and completing challenges I would have never attempted before working with her.
